Policies and reminders

Welcome to our retreat where we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all guests.  Below, you'll find important information about our policies to ensure a seamless and enjoyable day at your retreat. 


Reservations and Cancellations

All reservations must be made in advance through our website or by contacting our guest services team.  A deposit is required to secure your booking.

Cancellations made 60-90 days before the event date will receive a full refund.  

Cancellations made 60-89 days before the event date will receive a 75% refund of the balance payment.

Cancellations made 30-59 days will receive 50% of the deposit refund. 

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will forfeit the full non-refundable deposit.  Please feel free to contact us for more specific details.


Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms.  Full payment is required before retreat date unless otherwise arranged.


Code of Conduct

We ask that all guests to respect the peaceful and communal atmosphere of the retreat.  Please be considerate of other and adhere to the policy and procedures of the venue.  Consumption of alcoholic beverages and smoking are prohibited on the premises.


Health and Safety

We prioritize the health and safety of our guests.  Please inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical conditions at the time of booking.  In the event of an emergency, our staff is trained to assist and direct guest to the nearest medical facilities.


Liability

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen , or damaged personal items.  Please secure your personal items and follow standard safety measures.  Guests participate in activities at their own risk.  We recommend organizations having appropriate insurance for any unforeseen  emergency circumstances.
